Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

At Cabinetdeals, we understand that receiving your cabinets in perfect condition and on time is crucial for your project. We work with professional shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule.

Delivery Responsibility

Please note that our standard shipping service is curbside, off the truck delivery. This means:

  • The customer is responsible for accepting and unloading the cabinets from the delivery truck
  • The driver will position the truck at the closest safe location to your delivery address
  • Cabinets will be moved to the back of the truck or lift gate (if equipped)
  • You must have adequate help available to unload the cabinets
  • The customer is responsible for moving the cabinets to their final location

White glove delivery service is available at an additional cost for customers who require assistance with unloading and placement.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size, delivery location, and chosen shipping method. Orders over $5,000 qualify for free shipping to most locations within the continental United States. For orders under $1,500, please contact our customer service team for specific shipping rates.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times are approximately 2-3 weeks for stock colors and 4-6 weeks for custom colors. Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and carrier schedule. Holidays may affect lead times.

Shipping Areas

We only provide shipping within the contiguous United States. For locations outside the contiguous US, we can ship to freight forwarders with a physical location that will unload the product. The freight forwarder will be responsible for transferring the product to the final destination at the customer's expense.

Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or products, please document it with photos and contact our customer service team immediately. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
